I now have a built in battery charger installed on Nomad.  In the battery area port side facing aft.

It will charge two batteries at once, distributing the charge.  When I first plugged it in, I got a fault on Battery Two (light).  So I read the manual, and went to the FAQ on their web site.  Seems that if you only have ONE battery, both sets of leads have to be connected to that ONE battery, or else it thinks there's something wrong with battery TWO.  Makes sense when you think about it.

Why did I get a charger for two batteries when I only have one?  Might get another one sometime, and it didn't cost that much more.

Now that I have it connected correctly, it has completed the charge, and is now "conditioning" the battery.

Next to test the RayMarine Autotiller during the Florida 120 this week.
