This CP16 was recently purchased from Keith at the Sailboat Co. in Richlands NC.  It has new sails, new running rigging, her forestay, 2hp Honda short shaft, all teak refinished with cetol, hull compounded and waxed/buffed, topsides cleaned, coaming waxed/buffed, new quarter berth cushions foam, interior completely remained white, new cockpit drain scupper flappers and rings, new gudgeon bearings, new companionway teak hatch, teak/stainless boom gallows, new jib downhaul and topping lift.  The trailer has new LED submersible lights, new tires, wheel bearings and buddy bearings, a new professionally installed tongue extension with new hitch receiver/chains(extension provides 5' to the original magic tilt trailer tongue, retaining the tilt feature).  I will include some dock lines, bow line, fire extinguisher(mounted to compression post), LED portable navigation lights with custom stainless steel mounting brackets on bow pulpit and stern boarding ladder, danforth style anchor with 3' of 1/4" rubberized chain and 50' of line. Boat has adjustable motor mount with new motor pad(hard rubber), tiller cover and tiller tamer.  She has never had bottom paint.  There are some minor stress cracks typical of all older boats and there is some minor blemishes(hardly noticeable) in the gelcoat around the bow.  Although I compounded, waxed and buffed the hull out, it's possible to reaccomplish this tasks for near bristol results.  It has new boot stripe and waterline stripe.  The rub rail is original and although the rubber is quite hard, there are not breaks or damage; I was going to replace it soon.  The boat will be in Shalimar Florida on or about 16 April and placed on the market at that time.  Reason for selling is we're moving up to a Montgomery 17.  We purchased the CP16 due to having to trailer 6 hours to the gulf; we will now be living within 15minutes of the Choctawhatchee bay and will be able to keep the M17 in a slip ready to go.  I am listing this boat for $5500 due to the overall near bristol condition of the boat, motor and trailer.  I will certainly accept all reasonable offers.  This is a very clean example of an unmolested CP16 in near bristol condition.  All you need is a place to launch and you're ready to enjoy.  There is no lien of this boat.  I would consider possible delivery within a reasonable distance of 200 miles from Shalimar FL.  The boat is currently in Mentone AL if this would be to anyones advantage.  We are preparing to move and will be in and out.  You can contact us via phone 256-634-0111 through the 14th of April, or email mayrel@centurylink.net  I will be happy to email you photos.  John
