Hi folks,

I'm new to the Compac world - just bought a Compac 19 (which I'll be picking up in early April), and wanted to get a head start on things by building a galley box.  I'm thinking of a design that can slide down one of the quarter berths to keep it out of the way.  Can anybody tell me the width and height (from top of cushion to cockpit "ceiling") dimension of the quarter berths- assuming this dimension is standard regardless of production year/model (this one is a 2001 model).

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Not able to get into my CP-19 that's in winter storage for another month.
I just use a one burner butane stove in the cockpit and stay out of the weather and dew from under a boom tent.
In the cut out between the Vee Births is a Colman cooler that I had to saw the molded handles off to make her slip into that space.

Can't guess at the dimensions.

skip.
