Com-Pac 19 for sale (Hollywood, FL)

1982 Com-Pac 19 ft by Com-Pac Yachts / Hutchins Co., Inc.  This is the third one ever built, hull #003. I'm the third owner the second started fixing it up then I fixed it up some more, but my wife doesn't like to sail, all she wants to do is motor the intercostal, so I'm regretfully letting it go. This boat has great classic lines and has been updated, see below for what has been done.  I also added quick release pins on all the stays to make it quicker to rig and so I could remove the mast quickly to motor the intercostal.  I have paint for touch ups and bottom paint that I never got around to.   I have it listed on craigslist and you can see pics here http://miami.craigslist.org/brw/boa/4847632381.html.   I'm asking $7000 OBO.  Give me a call at 859-338-6650 if you have any questions or would like to see it.
