Ruddercraft (Ida) replacement blade, how to push it down?

Hi, folks,

I know the CP replacement blade has a stainless rod an some kind of holding point. Anybody with the replacement Ida rudder blade got a good way to put the rudder down? I push it down, use their plastic bolt to keep it down. Reaching out to push with my hands is cumbersome, so I'd like a better way to do it. Thanks!

I have that stainless steel rod that pushes it down and then the rod goes into a bracket on the back of the system.
