Sea Witch, 1993 Compac 27 for sale in Wrightsville Beach, NC.  Westerbeke 18 hp diesel with approx 450 hours, serviced last at 400 hrs, 3 blade prop.  New (2012) Garmin 740 touch screen chart plotter, new ST-60+ instruments (3).  2012 Standard Horizon with MMIS interfaced to Garmin 740 chart plotter.  Hull barrier coated 2011, new bottom paint in May 2013.  PSS seal, new 2010.  New California dodger 2012 with full zipout windows.  Bimini top.  Rail mounter grill.  New horseshoe life ring.  Spinnaker with mast mounted jib pole (Selden).  Cockpit table and helm seat professionally finished.
