Hello:
Curious about the second fill flange on fore deck. I'm sure one of them is for the water tank in the bow but what is the other one for? I didn't see anything in the pictures to explain where they go to, I'm sure one is for water.

I bet it is a pump out for the holding tank for the head.

That is correct.  I have a 1990 23/D and there are two fittings on the fore deck ..... water fill and holding tank pumpout.

Hi:
Is the holding tank in the bow area of the boat? Water tank fill point and the holding tank pump out are that close to each other, YUCKIE. I hope everyone rinses off the deck surface extra well after a pump out. Break out the "Lysol" handy wipes !!!

Yes, the water fill and pump-out are very close.  Although I've never used either the head/pump-out or filled the water tank, I can see that attention to detail is important.

The factory holding tank in the early 90's was in the smaller forward locker underneath the v-berth, but the tank was moved to the port locker under the v-berth in later years I believe. I've pumped mine out dozens of times and am not overly cautious, but I've never gotten more than a drop or two on deck. The deck fittings have a rubber seal, so as long as you keep the water fill closed while pumping out, the risk of contamination is pretty darn low.

That is a really nice CP23!!!

Someone is going to get a very nice boat.

I notice the boat is located in MD but the hailing port is FL. and then there is no trailer.

I'm in Florida, and if she is local or has a trailer, I might be interested.

What's her story?6

She was in Florida. When I inherited her, I had her shipped up to MD but kept the registration current in FL.
