CP 16 Swim ladder

I own a 1974 CP 16 that has been completely refurbished, and with a bow sprit.  The only item I desire is a swim ladder.  I belive I can purchase one from Com-Pac for about $250.00, but I have already spent $3,300 on this boat.  Does anyone know were I may be able to purchase a swim ladder.  I would buy a used one if I could find one.  Oh yea, now I need a bow rail for a CP 16 with a sprit.  If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.

I have the 16 with the factory swim ladder and I notice that it doesn't quite clear the water and creates (some small amount of) drag.
There are a lot of options out there... if I were going from scratch, I would go with something shorter.
