Not mine and I have no connection with the owner, but there's one in the Dunedin Marina with a "for sale" sign  on it.  $3500 or best offer.  Looks like it needs a lot of TLC...but what's not to like about a 23 Compac?

I'd be glad to check her out for any of you out of towners who might be interested.
