Carl, the 89 Con-Pac 27 is a great sailing shoal draft sailor. Owned one for 7 years with very few problems. Make sure it lived all its life down south if possible. Had a problem when having it surveyed, had water in the keel. Up her in the north we now what happens when water mixes with concrete and then freezes. My old boat was in Florida the last I heard and it was a 1989. I installed a propane stove with small oven, the only one set-up like this I would think. Other wises it was a great boat to sail and spend a few days on. Give me a call if you have any questions, it would be good to talk to you.

The 27 is a hell of a boat Carl, I had one I worked on at the marina a few times for the owner, as well as surveyed one for WES here in Alton.

Highly recommend the boat overall, to Carl, and to anyone else looking......... Hell, I even hope to own one myself one day
