Just got back to my sons place after the Show. I was able to meet Rich Hutchins , check out the new Pilothouse. The show was very informing with quite alot of show specials and I have made it out with just the original house mortgage.

I went last night as well and saw the new Pilothouse and Sun Cat.  I was impressed with the pilot house and all the room the squeezed out of the 23.  But with a base price tag of $70k, I thought it was steep for what you get.
The Sun Cat I will have to say I was disappointed with the fit and finish quality, especially in the cabin.  I am not sure what type wood was used (I'm sure it was not pine, but it almost looked like it) but joints were sloppy and wood just did not look finished.  Sorry to see they are losing some of their quality.

We got to go to the show this weekend as well.  It was fun to see all the fancy new boats.  We stopped at the Com-Pac booth and talked with Rich Hutchins for a bit.  We missed you other Com-Pac'ers by a few minutes, both before and after you were there.  We also posed for a picture with Bob Bitchin from Latitudes and Attitudes.  He is just as dynamic in person as he is on the air.

The new boats are filled with lots of fancy "this's and that's", but none cried for us to take her home.  Guess we will stick with our older, yet trusty boat.

P.S.  The view from our hotel was spectacular!
