No Pictures Displaying....new to forum

Hello All,

I am new to this forum and plan on loading ya'll up with questions soon.

My first one is......I can't see any of the pictures or even images.  All I get are boxes with a red X in them.  Is there some setting I need to change in my browers?  It is helps, I am using IE 8 and Win7.

Welcome to the forum!

If you're using Windows 7 64 bit, try the 32 bit browser.  I don't have that incompatibility, but do for some web sites.

If not, open the TOOLS menu in IE8, click on "internet options",  then "advanced" tab, scroll down the multimedia section and make sure "show pictures" is checked.  If it is checked, right below it under "security" make sure "block unsecured images with other mixed context" is unchecked.

If these don't work, let me know.

If the PC you're using is the companies, chances are good they undid these.
