Considering selling ComPac 23

I'm thinking about downsizing to a 16. 

My 23 is a 1983, and she needs some TLC, primarily cosmetic.

old 200% genoa
Depth sounder
SS stanchions and rails

VHF
6 ft hard dinghy


She needs the deck painted, the teak stained and the tiller replaced.  There is also a crack in the gelcoat on the forward rail and a couple of electrical glitches to be tracked down (anchor light and a fan not working)
No trailer.  No pictures at this time.

Asking $6,500, am open to offers, will consider a C-16 in trade
