We are selling because we have purchased a 1990 CP-23-3

Includes the following:
Performance single axle trailer with mounted spare
Factory bow pulpit with plow anchor & rode
Factory lifelines, stern rail & boarding ladder
Factory compass, VHF radio with fiberglass antenna
Factory bimini, sail cover, & tiller cover (all match)
Good condition: mainsail, 100% jib & 135% genoa
6' 8" self-bailing cockpit
4 berths in cabin with porta-potty - cushions are V.G.
4 opening bronze ports
Topping lift, & masthead windex
Running lights & interior light with battery
New solid teak hatch boards with vent
New Interlux bottom job - summer 2010
Boat is in very good condition (see pictures below)
I have original owners manual and parts list
Clear Missouri titles for both boat & trailer

Yes, a very nice looking boat.  The price is about what I paid for my '88 which wasn't quite in this good of condition.  Someone is going to get a good deal on a nice boat.  Good luck.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to look at the ad.
Our Compac 19 is now SOLD.
The new owners are Keith & Stephanie from Indiana.
Now I can focus on getting the (new to us) 23 in the water.
