1994 27ft com-pac for sale in New Jersey, boat is in great shape. Has new HARKEN roller furling with genoa with sun cover with genoa tracks, fresh coat of bottom paint (red-Abiative Antifouling paint), bimini top, main sail cover, auto pilot with destroyer wheel helm, depth guage and wind speed guage,helm cover, Westerbeke inboard diesel low hours on engine,folding galley table, galley/berth fans, microwave & stove, sink, refrigerator, stereo, marine radio, head with sink & shower, sleeps 6, has cockpit shower with hot & cold water,stern boarding ladder  Asking $29,995 or best offer!! Is this boat on the hard in Mariner's Marina, Barnegat?  If so, nice boat!
