Com-pac 16 Rudder Wanted

Hello,
I recently purchased a 1980 Com-pac 16 here in eastern NC. The rudder blade is very pitted and worn, I assume from salt water. I am considering purchasing or constructing a foil rudder but wanted to see if anyone had replaced their rudder and may have an old one they would consider selling. If so, please let me know.
