Rubber gloves and a little toilet bowl cleaner on a sponge? Got the hard water stains of mine...  Wipe on, let stand for a few minutes, rinse.

Things I have tried and depending on stain, they work. Orange Glo hand cleaner & plain white paste toothpaste. I have Black Walnut trees in back yard and if you thought leaves were bad, those walnuts are killer.
