OK, so when may we look for a Compac ice boat?

Better have Rich Hutchins drag his warm butt out of Floriday and up to the frozen north for some on ice experience.
You can bet a Com-Pac Yacht Ice Boat will be safe and stable and not too fast but very well built in shape and give the novice ice boater a feeling of comfort and joy.
May I suggest this as the basic design.
