They're asking $150 for it, looks like the marina owner just wants it gone. If it were sitting on my property, I would pay $150 to have it removed.

At least two people must have thought it beautiful or at least pleasantly homely, the builder and a buyer.
Guess it goes to prove that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I just saved $150...thanks for the link.

Yep, you see...if those huge out-of-proportion windows on the port and starboard were taken out of the deck house along with the smaller 'smags' forward and all were replaced with just four small portals, two on a side and then remove that one oval thing up front...that would clean-up the deck house then she'd look more doable. Looks like the shear would be OK.

Now if you want to see a good looking boat with this kind of window-ige treatment and a wrap-a-round windscreen up forward go find a picture of an Sovereign OPTIMA 28. The Sea Scouts have one in Boston and my former boss has one in his Toy~Box behind his factory. They are made in Austria. Nice boat to be sure.

The boat in the picture is a 20' Paceship Cruisette.

Skip, I think you're right. If you downsized the windows it would help the aesthetics greatly. How much light do you really need inside a 20' boat?

I like it!  I'd have easily paid $150 for it, but then again, I like things that "you don't see everyday".  The camera angle doesn't really do much for this particular boat.  Here are some better pics of that model.

BTW, My Alacrity 19 is getting just a little prettier every day.  The more you work on them the more they grow on you and the more precious they become  :-D
