1981 Compac 16 For Sale in So. California / Excellent Condition / Lots of Photos

I have a nicely cared for C-16 for sale here in San Diego that is ready for Summer Fun.  This 1981 has just had fresh bottom paint, and a fresh hull compound, buff and wax.  The gelcoat is in fabulous condition and I just had the non-skid areas professionally painted to match the original color.  She is on a nice Magic Tilt trailer.
I have five bags of sails including a mainsail, a 155% headsail, a 135% jib, stormsail and spinnaker with pole.  All sails in reasonably nice condition.
I have a 2.5 horsepower 2003 Mercury two stroke outboard that is in near new condition and goes with the boat.
Clear title for the C-16 and the trailer is in hand and she is registerd in California through December 2009.

I have a friend that could possibly deliver her anywhere in the west to midwest.
