1989 Com-Pac 27-2 for sale

This 1989 Com-Pac 27 II sleeps 6, is in exceptional condition and could easily be mistaken for one only several years old (which new would cost over $90,000 +) Previous owner had her on a fresh water Lake and she has had very little use. Only 230 hrs on the original 11hp Universal diesel. Her sails (main and roller 135% genoa)are original and in very good condition. The com-pac's are a sturdy and classic design by Bob Johnson of Island Packet fame. 8 Heavy bronze opening ports and 2 large hatches provide ideal ventaltion. Item added this year are - Angle pedestal guard with navpod and garmin gpsmap 172 color gps, remote mic for new questX VHF, new VHF antenna and cable, new binnacle compass with stainless steel base, new custom SS frame Bimini and matching line bags, Bottom taken down to barrier coat and ablative coating applied.
