Cross Border Selling/Buying

Hi.  I live in Ontario and am in the process of trying to sell my Compac 19 Mk 3. 

It appears the huge US market is showing more interest in my boat than the Canadian market (no surprise there!).

Does anyone know the border legalities of selling a Canadian resident boat to a US resident?  How does one register title in the USA, etc.
