Anyone seriously interested in a nice 27 with an almost new triad trailer, new quantum mainsail, 2 new batteries and an 11' RIB with 8hp mercury? Our plans have changed for next summer so I'm offering the boat here before I winterize and store it.  The boat is located in Rolla Missouri, and I'm asking 20k. I still haven't figured out how to post pics, but I'll keep trying.

We're not strangers to Compac.  We had a 23D years ago that we refit and sailed to the Bahamas for a summer, and this 27 we spent 2 months this summer cruising on in Northern Lake Michigan and Lake Huron.  It's in very good shape with a new mainsail(orginal onboard for spare), 2 new batteries, 3 year old 15k dollar Triad trailer with disc brakes all around and 25' launch extension, 60' new 5/16" HT chain with 220' rode, 3 anchors(25lb cqr, 35kb sascot, 15lb danforth in stern bracket), good dodger, full enclosure that needs some stitching work, around 1000hrs on the engine which runs great, tons of spare parts(lots of new impellers, belts, fitting parts, fuel pump, gaskets, full set of new roller furler bearings, etc..), dock lines, fenders, cockpit cushions, expired flares and emergency equipment, full books and brochures, 2 burner alcohol stove, 50 gal fresh water tank with no leaks,  hot water heater, huge icebox, etc.... Comes with nice 11' rib with 8hp mercury outboard that will plane fine with our 10 year old son ourselves and gear aboard. Transom folds flat and stores in bag on foredeck easily.

Things it could use:  bottom paint at some point, rudder bearings (common issue), new wiring connectors for mast wiring at base of mast(works for now), new roller Genoa (one on board is older, and orginal Hank on is included), new mainsail cover, has autopilot that powers on but needs new drive wheel as one plastic guide wheel is broken (tons of spares for it including new belt), Hull has no blisters, and the keel is in great shape with no swelling from the concrete ballast. The rudder is very sound. Everything aboard works and the boat is very usable as is.  Has nice depth sounder and compass on the pedestal.  Teak cockpit table and footwell grate,  No leaks on deck or hull including port lights. We had the rails buried several times this summer and several hard rainstorms and no leaks. The electrical panel is original and both ac and dc sides all work as they should.  The boat is in orginal configuration and has not been molested with poorly executed "upgrades".  The gel coat is faded but in great shape, and will polish up nicely.

The pics are not great due to file size and type restrictions, but I can text high quality pictures to anyone seriously interested.
