After wiping down all the interior surfaces with a mildew preventer, I sealed the boat in preparation for Imelda and left for Montana. Returning 2 weeks later all the interior teak is covered in a light coating of mildew.

Has anyone found product that works?

I have used a light mixture of water and bleach on problem areas.  About every 2 years I apply a coat of "Liquid Gold" furniture treatment on surfaces.  Seems to work.  For long term storage I use Starbright NOS gas bags each winter with great results.  I know I'm up north and don't deal with your warmth and humidity.

In my airplane hangars, summertime, I use O3 generators, mountain fire and the like to control mildew.  Works well.

Just an idea.

Keeping the bilge as dry as possible, ensuring good ventilation, and cleaning the interior periodically has generally worked for me. My current process is cleaning with https://weiman.com/cabinet-cleaning-spray two or three times a year, occasionally vacuuming any water out of the bilge, and using Damp Rid tubs on the CP23 and an air dryer on the CP27. On the CP23 there is a solar powered vent on the foredeck, a vent on the hatch, and a vent in the hatch board. On the CP27 the dorade vents on the sea hood direct air below.
