Compac 16 MK 3 XL in excellent condition! All lights work and the boat comes with a tohatsu 3.5 4stroke that runs perfect. Original sails are in fair condition and the original trailer is in great shape with new tires and spare tire as well as new axle and leaf springs. New cushions and woodwork is beautiful.
