STAY SALTY!

Looks like a great trip.

I've contemplated installing lazy jacks before but didn't want to mess around with them when rigging/derigging off and on the trailer.

How do you have yours rigged?  Looks pretty simple.  Is it just lines tied off to the spreader that clip into the lines on the boom?  Is everything removed for trailering, or do they stay rigged?  If the later what keeps them tidy?

Hey mate,

The LJ's run from the tip of each spreader and have a SS clip that attaches to a SS ring that slides along an independent line on each side of the boom that runs from approx mid boom to about two feet from the end. The LJ's don't need adjusting as long as they are at the right length so the boom can settle as normal in the gallows. Make sense?

And yes, the SS clip is simply unclipped for when we drop the mast. It takes 30 seconds to set the LJ's up when rigging.

Stay Salty!
