Registration Status?

I apologize if this is misplaced. I am not clear on the membership vessel registration status. Is it something that is meant to be current or just here for historical legacy reference? I've submitted info but it looks like the entries are quite old.

What I meant was there doesn't seem to be anyone making changes or adding new registrations. I submitted my info twice now but no luck.
