I'm interested in a Com-pac 23 (on the hard) located out in Binghamton, NY,  - wondering if anyone is in that area and might be willing to take a look-see at this boat on my behalf? I'm in the Midwest, so not a hop-skip-and-a-jump, necessarily. :-D Would a gift card to West Marine for your help perhaps be enticing? :-)
