Oriental is too good to be true!

I was fishing off our dock today and while waiting out a storm in the truck I read an ad where a sailor from Raleigh was looking for a dock in Oriental to keep his 16' sailboat.  I called and offered a spot at our dock and as fate would have it, it's a Compac 16!  Not only that, but he regularly rides with the saturday morning bicycle club that I have joined.

What's really crazy is how the locals have accepted me into their community.  Of course that will change when they witness my sailing abilities.  Or lack of.
