Josh Colvin at Small Craft Advisor is looking for cp19 owner reviews for their next edition. Deadline for input and pictures is June.

Ahoy!

Here at Small Craft Advisor magazine we've decided to do a series of Boat Review articles where we "revisit" boat designs previously featured and add some new thoughts, photos, and owner quotes.

If you're receiving this e-mail it's because we think you own (or have owned) a Com-Pac 19, which is the first boat we'd like to revisit. Pasted below are our Owner Survey questions—we'd appreciate any comments you'd be willing to share. If you don't have an opinion about one or another category, that's fine., just comment where you'd like.

Also, we would love to have some good photos of Com-Pac 19—under sail, at anchor, cruising, modifications, etc. Please send us what you can.

As usual we're running up again the deadline and would need any comments or photos by July 13th.

Thanks as always for helping us produce this magazine.

Best,
Josh

Thank you for participating in the Small Craft Advisor COM-PAC 19 review. No one can know the strengths and weaknesses of a boat better than one who has sailed her and lived with her through good conditions and bad. Your opinion is valuable. The information you submit, with that of other respondents, should enable us to begin to see consistent patterns of opinion about the boat in review. We believe this method will result in the most accurate assessment available for a given boat.

Feel free to respond to the following questions in as much or little detail as you wish. We may or may not use any or all of your responses. In most cases we will use direct quotes, e.g. "John Johnson, owner of hull #777 "Tinkerbell," says 'The boat has great ultimate stability and performs exceptionally well in heavy weather.'"

Modify the questionnaire as you see fit. If you need more room for a certain section, just make it bigger. Obviously some questions won't apply to this type of boat. When you've finished, please return it to us via e-mail. Thanks again. We look forward to hearing what you have to say about this very popular boat.
