Sailboat for Sale: 2011 Com-Pac Sun Cat catboat, hull ID# ABV17383I011
Includes 2011 Magic-Tilt Trailer, 2011 Nissan 6 hp long shaft outboard with fuel tank, 2013 Mercury 240 7ft. 11 in. inflatable dingy. Both cat boat and trailer currently registered in RI.
Also includes a Rocna 4 anchor on a SS roller and all ground gear including galvanized chain, a Rudder Craft high performance kick-up foil rudder with laminated tiller, SS boarding ladder, reinforced mounted SS mooring bit, teak cockpit grate, an AmeriSeam dodger (matching sail and tiller covers), Porta Potti, all lines and docking gear, mast mounted wind vane, extra pfd's, etc.
Boat is in very good condition with all teak refinished in 2014 with teak oil, stored covered on trailer in off season (6+ months), new bottom paint 2017. We are the second owners acquired in 2014, original owner sailed on Lake Cuyahoga, finger lakes NY. For myriad reasons the boat was not in water last year, and seldom used this year because of other commitments. We just took the boat off its mooring and it is parked on its trailer in Bristol, RI. for viewing. Contact us for further details on condition or equipment. We noticed a small cabin leak during heavy rains, drips off the side of cabin liner. Haven't had the time to chase it down.
After carefully estimating the replacement value of the boat, outboard, dingy and upgrades, and comparing it to other Sun Cats on the market, we are asking a very reasonable S16,000.
