Clearly a serious project, but could be worth considering. A thousand here, a thousand there and it could possibly be a decent boat. From the pics the work on the keel is especially interesting. If I didn't have so many projects already I'd likely make an offer on it just because.

Interesting. I see from the pictures that the porthole configuration is different from the current standard design, and the hinged mast is not the "Mastender" mast. I wonder, were Sun Cats ever built this way, or are these repair/retrofits?  Could be a good deal for someone interested in a project boat.
