I'm near completion on a couple of cool c16, and c23 modification projects that I've been working on this winter I'm sure some of you may find intrest in. The c23 project is a new removable locker configuration that relocates the sink with a single burner slide out stove below, and the c16 project is a quick pop on and off aesthetically appealing lazarette ac unit with a fixed air duct system. The ac project was actually built and tested this past summer and worked flawlessly keeping the little cabin at 74° in the Florida midday heat of July. All that's left to do on this project is the installation of the grab handles.

I'll share pics as soon as I can figure out how to resize photos from my cloud to below 850kb. Help please!!  Thanks!!

I don't use the cloud, but you could try this.  Open the pic with paint.  There is a resize button that will take a 750 K pic down to 250 or less with a couple strokes.  Close the resized pic and save it.  You could reload the smaller pic back to the cloud and go about your business.  I do this within my computer when I want to add a pic to my posts there.

Interested in the 23 project. A while back, I removed the sink (too small to be useful) and built a chart table that slides out 40 inches. Did the same for the stove side, slides out 40 inches and has a small workspace which is handy while prepping meals, making coffee.

Thanks Duckie, I'll give it a shot. Was trying to figure out how to do it from my phone to avoid having to download to my computer. I have previous post with photos but had to do everything from my computer. Have lots to share just wish we can find some easy phone friendly way to do this.

Bob23, hoping to get a few photos up soon for everyone to view. I often sail with my two young grandkids constantly needing access to the sink, and the old configuration just didn't work for me. I moved the port side locker, and cushion  aft and installed the new 18" wide locker and sink/stove between the original locker and bulkhead creating functional access to the sink, and also giving me an adequate amount of needed easy access food storage space.
