help sharing a file

First and foremost I'm not very computer literate.  I would like to add a shareable link to a post that could be accessed by anyone on this site but not show my email address.  The link shared from my drive can be opened as a google doc and then it shows my email address.  Or it does when I open it.  Anyone know how I can do this.  This is to put the mast raising system back up that was removed by photobucket.

You can convert your files into a pdf document and post it here as an attachment just like a photo.
