Max winds your still willing to heaving to

So I am curious about this.

I have read about it online and seen the videos on youtube and all that, but I am curious what people have actually experienced on their CP16.

Up to what wind speeds are you confident enough to stand fast on a heaving to technique?
What gusts have you experienced while heaving to and how did the boat handle them?

I understand heaving to is a technique that needs to be developed and refreshed but lets assume a CP16 with a capable captain, I am curious to hear thoughts.
