For the folks that know me, I just want to say this on here since I wont post it on my Facebook just yet.
My wife is leaving me. She is going to stay in OK, and I am going back to Illinois.

I will be heading back to Illinois in about a week and a half with my things, and will be coming back to OK to get my boat which my friend is going to take back for me. I will live here a little longer so my transfer goes through and then I will be back in Illinois.

I already have the transfer in progress so I am sure it wont take too long. I will be keeping the boat, which was agreed upon equally. I truly wish the best to her and her endeavors.

If someone would please put the dates for CLR as I will try to make it since I will now be in Carlyle. I will be by myself but I know how it goes at that party and will attend gracefully with the boat.

Thank you all, and please pray if you do that the house here in OK gets transferred easily and the car too. I really don't need any of this above my head as i have been made to venture out back on my own.

Mac-I realize I only know you from your posts but just wanted to say sorry and hang in there. They say "everything happens for a reason"....even though you may not know what that reason is yet, it will become apparent at some point. This may be a rough new chapter but it will end and another will begin.

Don't worry about a thing. Obviously that relationship wasn't right, so now you are lucky enough to find a better one. No point in staying together "just because". People and their needs and desires change as the years pass, and it's not infrequent that those in a relationship diverge. I might suggest that you join a sailing club of some sort when you return to Ill. as you will find yourself surrounded by gracious and kind folks.

Don't forget your boat.

Mac:
I am truly sorry to hear this news as I consider both of you friends. I offer no advice or explanations but rather just want you to know I am here for you, praying that all goes as smoothly as possible with this transition. I am thrilled to hear you may be at CLR 2017 though.
  We'll stay in touch.

That is really tough news.  I have been through a similar experience and I can truly sympathize with you.  Take it a day at a time and don't hesitate to reach out from help.

Take care and I hope that things go as smoothly as possible.  I am truly sorry.

Hey Jason, we do not know each other and may never, but ya gotta figure with this forum there is a chance we may meet some day. I do not hold any answers but this I am sure of, whenever a door closes, another opens. You just have to walk through it.
