Ok fellas (and gals) the ideas for a Chesapeake Bay Mid Summer Gathering, CBMSG, is going to the events section. I agree with Bob23, lets make this happen, can almost taste the beer!

Meanwhile the original topic is also best to move to the classified section as No Mas is now up for adoption.

See ya over there.

So here is the outcome of all of this thread:

CBMSG did happen, though the ranks dwindled as the mercury rose! Regardless it was great to simply be with folks, drink some cold beer, have a cookout, hang around boats, and see Peter's new tug! She's beautiful. OBTW Bob, I have one last EFP left. Not sure I can wait for ya on this one! We are playing music tonight and good chance it will go. I am amazed I kept it this long since you came for CBMSG as I literally just left the marina this morning. It's been hot as hades but there has been wind!

The thread started because my future with No Mas got accelerated when Susan was able to come down more often at which time she promptly observed, "we need a bigger boat". Well enter "Interlude" and exit "No Mas". Of course no deal is done till the fat lady cashes the check, well something like that, but she looks to be moving to New England. Now if this truly occurs and if the new owners are willing to sell her to someone on the Great Lakes someday, then "No Mas" will have finished her circumnavigation of North America. 1990 Great Lakes, 1998 to 2008 Alaska>Sea of Cortez>Florida, 2009-2015 Gulf of Mexico, 2015 Chesapeake Bay, 2016 Maine Coast?
