One modification I'd like to make on Mudlark, is lead my main halyard to the cockpit so I can better sail single-handed. Does anyone have a list of the hardware needed as well as a digital of the set-up?

I'd consider buying the kit from Hutchins. They use Garhauer hardware, which is high quality and reasonably priced. And they will give you good phone support when you get ready to install it.
