Swim ladder

Hello,

I am in need of a boarding ladder for my suncat.  The tansom ladder, that came installed on the boat,  is just not working out.  You do not have enoung standoff so you are trying to climb out of the water from underneath the boat!  I was thinking about purchasing a gunnel swim ladder, but wasn't sure if that would be the answer.

What do you think?

not sure it would work on the CP, but have you seen the rudder and transom steps on the traditional cats?  would have to look at the configuration to see if you'd be getting any improvement over the ladder...
