Due to moving to the Puget Sound area, I'm putting my Com Pac 27 up for sale. It's currently in Green Bay, WI where I have put countless hours into rehabilitating her. I know I'm preaching to the choir, but this is one nimble, comfortable and safe fresh-water boat with precious little left to do to bring it completely up to date.  The last few years, my young family and I have spent the months of summer revisiting the Lake Michigan ports of my own childhood; the 27' made it feel like we were cruising in a 35'. I am looking to sell her for $12,500 firm and would be happy to give any interested parties a full list of included features and a passel of pictures.

Best luck with your sale and move!
(Sure you don't want to up the Com-Pac population out in Puget Sound?)

Sleepless way, way west of Seattle.

You do realize that Puget Sound is a great place to own a CP-27?  We trailer ours up there every year, putting in at Anacortes for a couple of weeks each September.

Terry - I second that.
Endless water, out here.
And year-round sailing! And no snow!

Somebody shut me up.
