This is a 1991 model Com-Pac 16 with bowsprit.

Upgrades include:
•   Doyle-Ploch main sail with two reefs
•   Doyle-Ploch 110% jib with lines
•   155% genoa with lines
•   Doyle-Ploch storm jib with lines (great for those 30 mph + windy days!)
•   Gymnastic foam seat cushions covered in Sunbrella marine fabric
•   Stainless steel backrest/lifeline system
•   IDA Foiled rudder
•   Retractable outboard motor bracket
•   New tiller arm
•   Tiller Extension
•   Wave Front Tiller Clutch system
•   Rokna 9 lb. anchor with chain and rope

I overhauled the trailer in 2014 which included new:
•   Axle
•   Hubs
•   Wheels
•   Tires
•   Trailer Jack
•   Bunks
•   Bunk Carpet
•   Winch and strap

Optional motor available first to buyer of boat:
•   2010 Tohatsu 6 hp, long-shaft outboard $800

This boat is in good condition.  There are the usual scratches in the leading edge of the stub keel, but nothing goes into the fiberglass.  There is some very, very slight osmosis blistering below the waterline from leaving it at a dock a bit too long as can be seen in the spare tire photo, however these are just cosmetic and I opted not to  sand them out.  I recently sanded and applied three coats of marine spar varnish to all of the exterior woodwork.  I also buffed out the hull.  She's ready for you to buy, launch, and sail!

Cash sales only.

***Sold the sailboat to one party for $2,900 and the motor to another party for $800 through Craigslist.
