Looks like it's gone, as the link shows as delete.  Per searchtempest (their results are sometimes cached or dated) it looks like 1990 COMPAC 23 With Trailer (Wake, VA) $10500.

Does look like there is a 16 near Lake Anna with trailer for $1000:

Could that be No Mas' old boat?

Mas

Hey tmw, got a text into the seller. It is in the right geographic area for our little 16, certainly not a later model. We are interested in finding her, not buying her, but Bob23 has been threatening to find one that needs adopting, for a small adoption fee. Would love to find out it is our old boat and then have it go to someone i know! Will keep folks posted. It was posted many weeks ago but this is not the sailboat selling time of year, though soon to be spring!

Hey Bob23, you reading this?

closer inspection of picture places doubts on it being our old 16 (wrong color cove strip, no handrails on cabin roof) but will still check on her and try to get Bob23 in more trouble with another boat. Heck Bob you could leave it at PeterG's dock. only 18" draft! Aint it great I am volunteering Peter's place!?

Ha!
I did indeed look at this and thought the same! How cool would it be if you found your old boat and I adapted her? At this point, I've suspended my search for another sailboat. I've actually neglected my 23 more than I'm comfortable with so I need to play catchup this spring before launch. I even gave some thought to not putting her in this summer, taking the time instead to get into some of the more major work I'd like to do- resealing the hull/deck joint, soda blast the bottom and do the barrier coat/new bottom paint thing, complete revarishing of the interior and exterior teak, replace the cabinside teak trim with something that will actually last...the list goes on. Anyway, after giving some thought to not launching this spring, I slapped some sense into myself after having a good sit down conversation with Koinoina who has reminded me numerous times: "Your job is to take me dancing. I'll make you look good and I can dance in designer clothes or weathered blue jeans. You just make sure we get out on the floor".
Ok...I got that loud and clear. It's spring catch up time, do what I can get done and enjoy the boat. Sorry for thread drift...I've always had a problem with day dreaming and thought wandering.

That Koinoina is quite a poet, she is.  Great perspective.

So update on the Richmond Compac 23 and the Compac 16 from above posts.

First the Compac 16. It was not the little 16 we used to have and kinda glad cuz it is in sad shape. It appears to be a 1976 model, and water has penetrated all the way into the keel, where it appears, freezing has split the fiberglass. Has not been in the water for several years. Definitely a project boat and at $1000 ya gotta really want her! Seems standing rigging is ok, jib and spinnaker ok, mainsail stained and suspect. Trailer has new tires but lights are probably shot. Am going to get HIN so can be put into the data base.

Now for the 23 that was for sale in the Richmond Craigs.....it seems we have lost Beagle 3, PeterG's boat, to someone in North Carolina. Kinda sad as she was No Mas' closest playmate just three miles away. I have already placed Peter on notice that such a drastic measure was not going to save him from sailing as i plan to kidnap him for trips on No Mas!

Wow. I didn't know Pedro's boat was for sale. I guess I'm also gonna have to kidnap him and Becky when we sail to Tangiers!
