Anchor question advise sought

So, I don't have an anchor for my CP-16, and I saw this:

basically, a 28 pound fully vinyl coated anchor.  Is that a good deal, and would it be effective with a CP-16?

Not good
Bruce, Delta, Danforth or CQR anchors would be better about half that weight.
We use a galvanised 8kg Danforth with 6m of chain and 30m of octoplait spliced onto the chain (with another 30m we can add if we feel so inclined/scared). Much of our anchoring is in tidal waters with  3 kts on the ebb.

I'm in a strange situation;  a few weeks ago I thought I had no anchor, and now I have three.  I just found inside my CP-16, a cute Danforth Standard 4S with a small chain and rope.  Before knowing about this, I ordered a SeaSense #13 Slip Ring anchor (weighs in at 7.2 lbs, Amazon had it for less than $16 including shipping!) and 4 ft of galvanized chain.  Before that order arrived, I found a deal on Craigslist for a Danforth 12H, plus 4 feet of chain and 80' of rope, which is the stoutest of the group.

None of them are as heavy as your 8kg with 6 m of chain, although we don't have 3 kt tides.  I'm done buying anchors.
