1980 Com-Pac 16 needs a good home (small kids require the bulk of my attention).

Included: Magic Tilt trailer, ball hitch, sails, Yamaha outboard engine, anchor, lines, compass, life vests, paddles, etc.

Halyards and companion way hatch need replacing, but otherwise in pretty good condition.  Yamaha outboard will need servicing, too.  The hull and cabin are in good shape.
