Finally Solved delaminated tiller problem.  Placed five Stainless Steel 1/4/20 carriage bolts (measured to length) with nylock nuts, down center of tiller, then acorn nuts to make smooth transition for tiller cover.  Made a nice looking repair and sturdy.  Had tried glue with clamps with no success.  Just thought I would let someone know that type of repair will work.   Ted
