DIY CP23 Foil Rudder

Nate, not sure that it matters, but if you notice the new stock foiled rudders are curved on the trailing edge and bottom.  That said, I have one of those and in certain conditions get a bit of flutter.  It is usually when the locking tang moves to the side, releases, and the rudder kicks up a very minimal amount really less than an inch.  I've never sailed with the old style rudder so can't make the comparison like some others can.

I was sailing downwind with the standard metal rudder down almost all the way.  The Centerboard was raised, and I felt a little flutter in the tiller handle that I'd never felt before.
I dropped the centerboard just a few inches and the flutter went away.  Nothing else changed.
