Thinking about selling 2004 Horizon Cat located in Orange Beach, AL

This is a rarely used 2004 Horizon Cat with in-board diesel engine. I bought her in St. Petersburg, FL, a couple of years ago, sailed her a few times on Tampa Bay before moving her to a private marina in Orange Beach, AL, where she is resting in a custom made lift, out of the water.
I had a new sail made. Used once.
I had a full Sunbrella cover made. It is in excellent shape.
I replaced the batteries and installed a solar charger.
I had the lift keel assembly replaced with a new one in 2013 supplied by the builder.
She comes with assorted accessories, including some electronics, including a Raymarine wheel pilot (needs to be installed).
She will need a new floor because I had some water penetration when the bilge pump failed. But that is a matter of buying a small piece of plywood and will be an inexpensive repair.
There is NO trailer.
