I just had to order a new deck pipe for my anchor chain.  The old one gave way at the hinge so I need to replace it.

Before I ordered I was emailing back and forth with Gerry Hutchins.  Yep, that is right, the guy who started the company and designed the boat.  Talking to other owners this is not uncommon.

Needless to say, their customer support is first rate!  They are pleasant to deal with and very helpful.  Tech support is from the guy who designed the boats!  Where do you get that kind of service?

That is a huge advantage to Compac because of this.  Being able to get parts this easy is nice.
