I am considering genoa tracks for my legacy after getting measurements for a 150 % genny. Com Pac now has a complete parts list for all models. Has anyone installed the available 16 tracks along the cockpit coming?...if so how far back from the cabin top...sugestions?

I can't answer your question directly, but would first suggest having the genoa in hand before installing tracks.  This will allow you to place the track optimally based on the specific cut of the sail.  You'll want the sheet pointing in the center of the luff as your track center point.  Then you can move the track cars fore or aft to depower as needed. Sometimes sails are cut with pendants at the tack of the sail, other times at the head, other times none at all, so the center point might vary from sail to sail.

Anytime you are cutting holes in the boat is a time to be precise and not trust others measurements, IMO. Not that folks here aren't going to tell you the truth, it's more a factor of the specific sail cut.

The 16 tracks are only 18" long, so fairly short.  Might want to think about longer tracks, especially if you might have two genoa's or a drifter in the future.
I had 5' tracks on our old 16 and it worked well on a 155%.  I was using a furler which drastically changes the luff center point, thus the right track position.

Good luck and hopefully others will come along with more information specific to the legacy.

Excellent advice!! Have the sail in hand before you do any placement! Inboard-outboard placement is also a variable that is to some degree dependent(for optimal placement) on the cut of the sail.

While we're on this topic, I'll share a pic of my old 16's genny cars and tracks.

They are 5'  Ronstan C-Tracks..7/8" I believe. Hutchins will sell you cut down 18" versions of the same track for the same price as 5' at places like defender.com

The cars are Ronstan Bulleye cam cleats..impossible to find on the market, but thankfully Hutchins can source them!
I loved the setup, nice and adjustable and the cost was low.

Anyway, the 16 and legacy are pretty similar and you can probably apply it to your boat.
