Hi,

Just wanted to introduce myself.  I sail out of the Eugene, OR area, currently have a Laguna Windrose 18 and a Catalina 25, but last week we made an offer on a 2004 Com-Pac 27, and it was accepted.  The Admiral and I will be giving it a test sail this weekend, and the survey is scheduled for next Wednesday.  So assuming that all comes out well, we'll be new Com-Pac owners very soon.

We sail primarily on Fern Ridge Lake, but have enjoyed several 1-2 week ventures in the San Juan Islands and points north and west of there, and those are the places we will be sailing the Com-Pac.  This past May we spent a week on the west side of Vancouver Island and Barkley Sound, which was a fantastic experience.  Barkley Sound and the Broken Chain are like the San Juans sans people and development.

We look forward to joining the Com-Pac family.  I know these boats are fairly scarce here on the west coast, and we feel fortunate to find one this new and in good condition.

Congratulations on the boat.  Enjoy the new boat and welcome aboard on the board!

Great choice! We bought ours in March and love it. We moved down from a H34. This is all the boat you need. You will love it. Happy sailing.  André
